Three Formats. One Underlying Standard.
Each Quillkraft format is calibrated to a different level of team need, schedule, and writing volume. All three share the same curriculum framework and are delivered by the same core team.
Back to HomePre-Session Document Review
We ask for samples of the document types participants draft regularly. Session examples are drawn from these formats wherever possible.
Framework Teaching and Practice
Core drafting principles are introduced through worked examples, then applied immediately to participant documents so the method is tested against real writing challenges.
Take-Home Tools and Follow-Through
Participants leave with a printed handbook and review checklists they can use independently. Retainer clients continue with monthly sessions and feedback between engagements.
Half-Day Plain-Language Drafting Workshop
A four-hour in-person workshop for in-house teams who routinely draft internal memos, scope notes, and operational summaries. Covers sentence economy, structural patterns for everyday business writing, and review checklists for clarity and consistency. Each participant receives a printed handbook and a curated reference packet. Group size is capped at twelve to preserve the seminar feel. Delivered at the client's office or at a partner venue in central Kuala Lumpur.

Two-Day Drafting Intensive
A full two-day intensive structured around the practical drafting of internal documents that staff handle daily — supplier briefings, internal policy summaries, project scope outlines, and meeting records. Day one focuses on craft and structure; day two on review, revision, and constructive feedback practices. Includes a take-home portfolio with one document drafted by each participant under guidance, plus an editorial reference set.

Participant Data Privacy
Documents shared during coaching and feedback sessions are handled confidentially and are not retained after the engagement concludes.
Pre-Session Preparation
Every engagement begins with a review of the client team's document types to ensure session materials reflect real formats rather than generic examples.
Core Team Delivery
All sessions are delivered by core Quillkraft team members. There are no contracted associates, so the standard of delivery is consistent across bookings.
Post-Session Review Forms
Participants complete structured review forms after each session. Feedback is used to adjust future session content, not for marketing.
HRDC-Registered Programmes
Quillkraft workshops are registered with HRDC, making them eligible for SBL-Khas claimable training for qualifying Malaysian employers.
Version-Numbered Materials
Handbooks and reference packets are updated annually and version-numbered. Participants can identify which edition they hold and request updates if relevant.
All prices in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Fees are all-inclusive — materials, preparation, and venue are covered within the stated rate. No variable additions.
